Hi,
I am writing this letter for my daughter regarding Fiancé visa to US. She got married a person before (from India in Jan 2006) and got annulment in 2006 September. She is Interested to marry a boy from INDIA now So, Whether My daughter is Eligible to file for a Fiancé visa to US in this year.
They met in the Internet and, she is used to call that boy by Phone often. Also they met in India last year. We had a copy of family picture with that boy also. Due to some financial problem we are unable to go there do the marriage, so we are planning to do the marriage by here its self (in USA). Whether we can file the Visa in this year?
