Help needed to File Fiance Visa

Hi,

Yes, My Daughter is US citizen. She is Divorced in 2006 Septerber. So i would like to know whether she is able to file a visa for her present Fiance. PLease clarify me , Is there any issue related to this previous Divorce(I mean the date of Divorce).
