Filing I-130 form

Hello, has any one filed a I-130 form to Chicago lock box.?? I did Jan, 24th '08 and should of been received by the latest Jan 30th to Chicago, but still have no receipt and I keep watching the updates of their receipting process . As of Feb. 14 they posted they are issueing receipts for paperwork received Feb. 7' 08 Has anyone run into this situatiion of not receiving their receipt even when USCIS website shows you should have receipt?? I called and said it could take up to 12 weeks. Im puzzled can anyone advise??

I-130 at chicago lockbox

We posted form I-130 to the Chicago lockbox on the 12th January by registered mail. The post office said it was collected from the lockbox on 18th January. We received our I-797C (notice of action) yesterday (16th February). They also cashed our cheque on Friday 15th February. I had been advised that it would take a month to get the receipt so I would give another week if I were you.
