need some info!!!

hello!

my fiancee will be filing for a K1 visa next week. but our problem is that he just got divorced last nov 2007 to a woman who came in the usa illegally. since they married last 2004 they only lived together for 2 years, the woman doest want to live with him and leaves him most of the time to go to her family. my question is...how will this affect the petition for my visa? i will greatly appreciate any comments/suggestions!!! thanks!!!

Did she get a green card through him? I doubt she did, since you say she entered the USA illegally...
