i need some info!!! please help!!!

my fiancee will be applying for the petition for a k1 visa for me, the problem is he just got recently divorced last nov 2007, but had been separated from ex wife since last year, his ex-wife came illegally in the usa, they got married 2004 and he helped her have a green card...how will this situation affect his petition for me? thanks!!!

Please do not ask the same question several times.

It may seem suspicious to USCIS that your fiance has been marrying foreign women, and sponsoring them for immigration benefits.
