    Update

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Hello All,

I received the following emails for both my I-130 and I-125F applications. What happens next and what should I do to prepare for the next steps. Anyone have any experience with this?

    Current Status: Approval notice sent.
On March 11, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

    Current Status: Approval notice sent.
On March 11, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

    Please advise..

    Thanks,
    Syed

    aprovals

    Good day,
If they approved both petition, they "USCIS" will forward to New Hampshire to the NVC and they will begin their processing , and will send you some information on what to do next. So give it a couple of weeks, if you dont hear anything, contact NVC to see what to do.

Please tell me, how long did it take for USCIS to approve your 2 petitions? and where were they procesed, Vermont or California???

    Best of Luck!!

First, congratulations to all whose cases are getting approved expeditiously. Perhaps you can give the rest of us some tips.

Here is my info. for my wife in India:
            I-130

Can anybody please advise what I can do to determine why others' cases are getting approved but mine still is pending? My case if very straight forward and I had sent lots of evidence. Also, why are the USCIS processing times showing July 26, 2008? Has anybody else filed similar cases recently at California Service Center? WE ARE VERY FRUSTRATED WITH THE WAITING AND LOOK FORWARD TO ANY HELP FROM THE COMMUNITY. Thanks!
