  • Need immediate help from anyone

Hello, I did not understand the exit date requirement on my Fiancee visa because I was looking at the expiration date on my visa, and have not gotten married yet. My exit date was yesterday. What options do I have left for me now? Can anyone help?

What are you talking about exit date? when did you enter the USA? has it been 90 days? what are you waiting for?

        hi

you are on a k-1 visa you can only stay here for 3 months and in that period of time you have to get married after the marriage within 90days you have to apply for AOS.

get married or go home that's the option you got.If you get married and adjust your status you can stay longer or get green card.

            illegal stay over 90 days

according to K1 visa, if you do not get married within 90 days after your entrance to the U.S. then you have to go back to your home country otherwise your stay is illegal.
even though you get married on the 91st day, it does not mean legal.
it is beneficial to the whole immigration group too that you obey the law and leave the U.S on the 91st day. Because you will pave the way for new K visa applicants. Please do not let DOS think our K visa immigrantion group is trying to fool the government.
it happens that you can not get married for any kind of reasons.

you came to usa purposely to get married so what the heck are you waiting for.your visa that was issued to you last for six months doesnt mean you can stay for six months b4 getting married.Infact when you arrived did you look at the i-94 that was attouched to your passport?it has the expiring date on it,and to be honest and sincere to you when that expire without getting married no lawyer will be able to help you.And to your notice your fiancee will not be able to file for k1 visa for anybody again that is the law.be smart.thank you.
