  • Forms Filled out but...

I lived in Japan teaching English and got married there. I've been married for 2.5 years now and just moved back to the U.S. and got a good job, so now I (we) want my wife to move here of course. So... I filed out an I-130, G-325, I-864, we had our marriage papers translated, I have new passport style photos for both of us. She has the DS-230 forms complete. Copies of passports, tax returns for the I-864...
So my question is, do we send them all in at the same time?

Or are we missing any thing? What about the I-129? She NOT my Fiancé, but my wife, so do I need the I-129?

Or do we (I) send them in only one form at a time? What order is the best?

Read the instructions for form i-130 (that is the one you need to submit, not the fiancee one). It will tell you all of the requirements/documents and forms you need to submit and ALL must be sent AT THE SAME TIME to the Chicago Lockbox.
