  • Best way to organize and send in your paperwork?

My only question is, how is the best way to package your application(K-1) with the proof of relationship, etc...

Should you just put your proof of relationship, pics, reciepts, letters, etc n a separated envelope and just mail it along with your application? Or.. just put it all in one envelope and send it.. ..

Just curious how other people organized and submitted their forms and supporting documents

    Thanks in advance

Put your passport photos in a zip lock and staple to a paper. Clip it all together with a giant clip or use a two hole, top punch and Acco type fasteners if you happen to have some at work maybe. Don't put it in a binder or scapbook or page protectors. Don't make it cute. They will just have to spend time taking all that apart and throwing it away. They have their own standard folders and will put your file together with two hole punches at the top. Make copies of everything including your check for your records. If it gets lost, heaven forbid, you have a backup copy to re-send quickly. Mail with some kind of tracking...either FedEx or Priority Mail with Return Receipt.

      Maraming salamat Nichole!

What I highlighted in your response was basically what I was looking for. I had all the other stuff you mentioned already (thanks ), assembling them in a neat form was the only thing I wanted to make sure of, didn't want them to just open the envelope and have everything drop to the floor

Again, thanks for a quick response!! Have a great week ahead!!
