Help me pls with fiance visa! Thanks

I have 2 more days to my interview for fiance visa but we have some things make us so worry. I'm very appriciated if someone here can help us as soon as possible.
1/ I'm Vietnamese and my fiance is foreigner and his income for each years over 70.000$ but ever since we meet together we want to built our relationship to be stronger like a couple so he choose to stop working in the middle of the year 2007 and sell his house and come here to be with me. Ever since he come here we invest our money to buy, fix and sell the house in Vietnam and we apply for fiance visa. He be here with me now waiting after visa is issued he will take me and my son(6 years) to come back his country to marry and he go back to wok. That's why he didn't have tax return in the year 2007. Right now we don't know what we should do for the paper to support for me and my son. I mean we don't know what we should do right for our case? Can anyone help us with this.
2/ In the form DS 156. The question is " Do you intend to work in USA?" I want to say "yes" but because they ask if yes give the name and complete address of U.S employer. So I don't know which one I should choose.

Question about work: "Yes, with visa approval and work authorization"
Employer: N/A

Question about support: If your interview is in 2 days, do you have a I-134 form filled out by your fiance and notarized with supporting documents? If not then you don't have the basics for the interview.
