we filed for the ks visa at vsc with our noa for 130 being in march and 129 being april 2008.
i have my US medical licensing exam in october. will i get a visiting visa if i apply for it will my k3 is being processed. am i allowed to apply for it.
the licensing board gives me a letter stating taht i have to be there to appear for my exam and that usually suffices for the others who are applying just for the b1 or b2.
if not then i will lose a year and can apply only next year.
could some one please let me know. i will be applying to mumbai embassy india
by the way does it a lot of time for them to approve a k3 to an indian.
