What form is needed at I-129f interview?

I thought that we had our forms together but it seems that we are missing something. These are the forms that we had together.
1. Marriage certificate
2. Passport
3. Police record (nothing)
4. Medical records
5. Tax forms return 2007 and stub from job
6. I-864 Affidavit of support

Were we supposed to have the Adjustment of status package attached to the 864 Affidavit of support? I did not fill this out because I thought that was done once he arrived in the USA. I will call the embassy on Monday but right now I am wracking my brain trying to figure out what he did not have at the interview. Thanks for any guidance.

What form is needed for I-129f interview?

Hello, I found out by calling the embassy in Trinidad that I need to submit an I-134 instead of an I-864 for the affidavit of support for a K-3 visa. I had sent the 864, therefore he was "denied" because he did not have the correct form.
