I'm in USA on a visitor visa till Jan 15, 2009 & I'm planning to get married to a girl soon who is a US citizen. I'm looking for some advice on what should I do next so that it becomes easy for me to stay in USA after marriage. Please advice me what is best for a someone in my situation.

Wait at least 90 days from the date of entry, marry, then apply for adjustment of status.
