I have a series of questions.I am a US citizen. Thank you for your help.
1. What forms are needed for a fiance visa application?
2. What form is needed for the immigrant fiance's child under the age of 21?
3. Must the child enter the US prior to age 18 and within 12 months of the arrival of their biological parent?
4. Does the US citizen need to provide documentation of financial support as part of the visa application? If so, how many years evidence (tax filings)?
5. If the immigrant fiance is divorced, does she need to provide translated documentation of the legal divorce?
6. Is a translation of the child's birth certificate needed by US immigration upon application?
