Your site indicate that a few weeks after application has been received, USCIS will send a notice of action.
I submitted my petition for K1 Visa a month ago. My check for $455 has been cashed by USCIS, but so far I have not receive any response.
If my check has been cashed, does that mean that they have accepted my application?
If so, would you know why I haven't receive a notice of action?
