Question 1:
This is my first post and my Fiance and I are getting ready to send the initial I-129F package. My address will be changing as of April 1, 2009. Should I include this in the G-325a application under "Applicant's residence last five years OR should a change of address form be submitted later?
Question 2:
I (the Applicant) was previously married and currently live in Montreal. My divorce judgment papers were issued to me in English and the Divorce Certificate (document which states that we are divored aka divorce decree) was sent to me in French. I have since gotten an English copy of this Divorce decree and I sent all documents to my fiance in English. The divorce decree stated that this was a true certified copy. Do I have to provide a letter stating that this was translated by a qualified professional? We have the right to receive our documents in English upon request here in Quebec. I am confused and would like some clarity on this subject.
We are hoping not incurr any additional delays in the processing of our petition. Your advice is greatly appreciated and I look forward to your feedback! Au revoir!
