I am a UK citizen. I was awarded a green card in Jan 2018, having married my American wife on a K1 visa in 2017. I have been working in the US but have not found a permanent job in my profession in the US. I think I am about to be offered a highly desirable job in Denmark. If I'm offered the job and we decide to accept my wife, stepdaughter and I would all move to Denmark. However, we would of course like to still have the option of living in the US again in the future. I'm an academic and so would be able to spend several months of the year in the US. Would this be enough to maintain my permanent resident status long enough to be eligible to apply for citizenship? Thanks.
