K1 AOS: Courtesy Letter received (I-693 and DS-3025 related)

Hi, did anyone else receive a Courtesy Letter from USCIS stating that they have not received Form I-693 and that this should be submitted either when RFE is received or shown during the interview? If so, does this mean I have to do another medical exam and actually submit Form I-693 even if I have already submitted DS-3025?

I did not submit Form I-693 when I submitted my I-485 but I included Form DS-3025 with my I-485 since my medical exam/vaccination was completed just 5 months ago. I read in the instructions that DS-3025 can be submitted as long as you file your Form I-485 within one year of an overseas medical examination.
