Do we have to send in all original documents or can they be photocopies for the petition packet?

All documents that need signatures need original ones. Not photocopies of them. The G-325A (biographical info) in particular needs original signatures as does one other form (escapes me now) that needs the beneficiary's name written out in native language. So, that too needs to be original.

As far as other supportive doc submissions go, we sent originals (kept copies) and where necessary, with authenticated translations of documents.

What will happen since i sent a photocopy of my fiance G-325a? They sent me a request for evedience, is it ok if I send with that?
