In situations like this, I try to put myself in the place of the bureaucrat who is reviewing the document. The intent of these "guardians" of our borders is to assume that all are guilty unless proven otherwise. In other words, they make you fill out stuff ad nauseum. Any items left unfilled will thus be assumed to have been left blank as you did not want to divulge ergo... you must be hiding something you do not wish to state. Not that you just forgot to do so. You are not given the benefit of doubt. At least as a bureaucrat, that would be my mindset.

That's why in every govt form I fill, I cross out stuff that is not relevant or enter "N/A".

Just my 2 cents. You however, IIRC, have the opportunity to resend these forms along fulfilling the RFE notice I think you mentioned getting.
