K1 Application Transfer
Hi y’all. Just wondering if someone knows whether or not it is possible to have our already-submitted application transferred to a US embassy/consulate in a different country. My fiancee will be interviewing with the US embassy in London. We want to know if they can transfer all paperworks to the US embassy in Manila, Philippines. If yes, will there be any penalties?
