Does anyone know if we do the I-134 affidavit or the I-864 and I-864a with a co-sponsor??? Really not sure...some sites say I-134 some say I-864 I would really hate to do the wrong ones. Also if I do I-864 does the co-sponsor do I-864a?

Since this is the K visa forum, I'll assume that's what you're seeking. Normally the I-134 is used for the K visa interview, which is a NON-immigrant visa. Later in the US when applying for the green card (AOS) the I-864 will be required.
You may have read information for immigrant visas or for Adjustment of Status talking about the I-864. But your embassy will decide what form they require for the K visa. You should have instructions from them or information from their specific website as to what they prefer. Even though most use the I-134, it is possible a consulate somewhere might use the other. If you would mention what embassy in your post, you might get a better answer.
In answer to your other question on I-864 and I-864A--only if they live in the same house together--same address. Read the forms and instructions.

Okay, I researched this on a Russian specific forum and found this list (below) among the FAQs provided by someone experienced with Moscow . Since you have a joint sponsor, I'll add that normally there has to be some proof of the joint sponsor's US citizenship or legal residence. Send a photocopy of your father's US born birth certificate or US passport photo page with his I-134 and his income evidence.

There is information that she will need from you at the time of the interview. They include:
1. A letter from your employer stating position, salary, likelihood of your continued employment.
2. A letter from your bank stating your balance, your average balance, how long you have had your account (or the last 12 months bank statements)
3. A copy of the last year’s tax return if you are an employee or the last three years returns if you are self employed.
4. W-2’s for the last year.
5. Three consecutive recent pay stubs.
6. I-134 Affidavit of Support, signed.
7. A new letter of intent to marry addressed to the Moscow embassy.
