K1 Visa Iranian
Hi all,
I was hoping someone might be able to advise on this. My fiancée (Iranian) and I recently received our letter from the NVC, so we are in the DS-160 phase of our application. As you may know, Iran is on the list of the president's "Travel Ban" countries. Would it be advisable to wait until after inauguration day (and after the travel ban executive order has been rescinded) before submitting the DS-160? Or should we just submit ASAP? Our application is good until 2/27/21 according to the NVC letter.
Either way, I'm guessing that the interview date would be scheduled after inauguration day. I'm just afraid that there might be extra delays if the DS-160 is submitted while the travel ban is still in effect. Or is that not the case?
