Hi all, I am new to this forum. here is my question. I received an approval notice from USCIS couple days ago regarding my K1 petition. I want to know if I should fax documents to the consulate in my country and ask to open a provisional file on my case? what is provisional file by meaning? or should I just wait for NVC to contact the consulate? thanks all in advance and great forum.
