Hi all,
In October 2020 I hired a lawyer to help me with the k1 visa to get my fiancé to come to the USA so we can start our life together. I paid what I was supposed to pay and I gave all of the documents that I was supposed to give to her(for both me and my fiancé). In December 2020 the USCIS. Sent a receipt to her that they received the application. Now fast forward to may 2021 Im not hearing anything from her. If I’m not the one contacting her and her team I don’t hear from either of them.
When she does answer me back she never want to reply back via email, it’s always a phone call. And the conversations always leave me confused, unclear and in the dark.
im starting to feel very uneasy about her and her team’s work ethic. Is there something that I should be know more about this process? Have anyone experienced something like this? What is the really time process for everything?(including approval, interviews ect..) thanks in advance.
Please advise.
