hi there thank you for helping me out on this one im about ready to start this process my future wife is in mexico i do have the 129 form and two 325 forms do i send the two 325 forms with the 129f or do i send 129f and 1 of the 325 forms,and the other goes to her? are there any other forms that get sent in at the same time,or will they they let me know as we go along,i know for sure i will be doing affidavit of support do i send it with 129f or do i wait ???big confusion on all these forms someone please help me

You send in the 2 325 forms, one for you and one for fiance, get her to download 325 fill it in and email back to you, and the 134 goes with with supporting documents with 129f
Please download the instructions from the USCIS site and read thoroughly, it tells you all that you need to send in with 129f.

You need to send in both 325 forms for both of you and 134 all with your 129f petition. Download the instructions for 129f from USCIS web page it tells you everything you need. You have to send in a lot with your 129f , but you can get all this information on USCIS web site follow instructions.
Don't forget to make copies of everything to keep as you will need them later on.

k-1 visa???

after sending forms 129f,and the 325 forms,i guess then immigration wiil let me know about other forms???like i-864 affidavit they will ask for it or should i send it with the first group of forms,thank you for everybodys help any info is helpful???

I sent the i-864 with my initial packet.

At my fiancees (now wife) K-1 interview they did not want it but the embassy's website was specific about needing it. I guess it is better to have it and not need it than not to have it.
