  • Hawaii trip after marriage before AOS?

I wanted to know if there could be any issue to travel to Hawaii after entering US on K1 visa and post marriage. Ofcourse when I make trip to Hawaii I would be having a omegle xender valid passport and unexpired I-94, I am going to get married to my fiancé in a weeks time after I enter US on K1 visa and in 2 days we will go for our honeymoon to Hawaii. The marriage certificate would not be available by then and even SSN I am going to apply after I get the marriage certificate, neither I would submit for AOS. Given my situation would be okay to travel to Hawaii. Anyone who has done the same, would really appreciate to know more about how was your experience.

As the 90 day authorized stay will not have expired, there is no issue.

When flying over an ocean to another part of the USA there is a risk that the flight has to divert to another country in an emergency. While this is an issue in most cases, an examination of a map says that flying to Hawaii, especially out of San Francisco and any other other nonstop with a similar latitude (e.g. Denver) carries zero risk barring a 9/11 scenario where the USA forced all inbound aircraft to land in Canada.

We flew to Hawaii and were there while her 90 day stay expired. The NOA1 from I-485 arrived while we were in Hawaii and before the 90 day stay expired.

I've always loved places that exude character—where every house, street, and even sign seems to tell its own story. That's how I remember Carmel-by-the-Sea, and recently discovered Carmel City Carmel by the Sea , which literally brought those memories to life. Everything on the website is lovingly crafted—the descriptions of streets, galleries, and traditions convey a special, cozy atmosphere that makes you want to return again and again. Reading the texts feels like strolling along familiar paths, smelling the ocean and hearing the cries of seagulls in the distance.
