If we were already approved through USCIS, can we still be denied during the interview process?

We have provided a lot of evidence and have even more to show.

    Thanks!

There's 4 parts to be approved. You've only passed part 1. Any part along the way can be denied.
    1. USCIS (Dept of Homeland Security) approves petitioner is allowed to bring his fiance to the US to marry.

    2. Embassy (Dept of State) approves a visa for beneficiary if she meets the requirements and her fiance can prove financial support.

    3. USCIS approves Adjustment of Status of the beneficiary, after the marriage, to give her a conditional greencard allowing her to stay (and work) in the US for 2 years.

    4. USCIS approves Removal of Conditions of the beneficiary, to give her a permanent greencard good for 10 years.

      Thanks

Thank you Nicole for all the advices!

We went to the interview on Jan 19, 2011 at the US Embassy - Manila. I was able to be in the interview with my fiance the beneficiary.

It was a long wait but well worth it and we were approved!

      Wedding date: March 14, 2011

      Thanks again!

      Lauren
