Hello folks! I'm a k1 visa beneficiary and my interview was on 15 April 2025 in Islamabad embassy. They gave me 221g and instructed me to submit missing document along with passport. I did submit the required documents on 26 April. The date on CEAC changed on May 2. After a month on 2 June my fiancee wrote an email to embassy and received a reply that our documents are pending review and they would ask for any further action once the process is complete. Ceac date changed once again on 1 July. Then my fianceee moved ahead with senatorial inquiry on 15 July and embassy replied swiftly on 16 July with paragraph "out consular records indicate that to he requested documents were received. Our office will review the documents and inform me if further action is needed. It appears that no action is needed at this point. Now today is 18 July and no movement on Ceac or whatsover. Is senatorial inquiry effective at this point? Do they prompt action or bring case to highlight? What should I do next?
