Fiancee visa

Hi i would like to ask help..i am a filipina just got my annulment this month me and my fianceee filed a k1 visa last june.my problem is i get new passport and put my status still married..should i need to change it? or i just show my annulment paper in the embassy..please help i want my interview goes well.. and what papers should i need to bring.i have all the ipictures and emails and reciept in the hotel we stay...

My question is how did your fiance file a 129f petition if you were still married? You say you just got annulment? You filed last June did you lie on 129f petition about being free to marry?
