I will like to know everything about a K1 visa.
i have a fiance in America. we meet online and fell in love. we have been together for one year and 3 months now.she can't come to see me in greece cos
1-she don't have enough money cos she is a single parent
2-she has flight phobia, but with no doctors report
3-she is scared of coming to Greece cos of the unrest here about the economy crisis.

we have planned to file a fiance petition, do you think it will get approved with all these conditions as a waiver for not seen in the last 2 years?

I will like to know. Thank you

If she can't come to Greece, then you need you go to America to meet her. Otherwise it is doubtful you can get a K1 visa. Also, she needs to earn a certain amount of money to sponsor you. It's 125% of the poverty guidelines for her family size plus you. See the 2011 version of the I-864P for the numbers.

Thank you Nicole, i checked out the poverty guideline and its really huge, she has three kids and herself making it a 4 member household including me to join, its gonna be around $32,712.
i think she can get sponsor support for that.
What i really wanna know is that can be get our petition approved with those waiver i listed for she not able to come see me? i ca not go to her cos i live in Greece under a refugee status(From Nigeria),so i don't have a resident permit yet.
I would really need your swift advice on this.
      Thank You

Nobody can answer what the USCIS will do. It's a specific case. They clearly list what their requirements are for not meeting in the instructions for the I-129F. It's a separate download from the form. Read it and see if you fit one of the categories. It's a strike against you over an average case. That, coupled with being Nigerian where many young males dupe older American women to get to the US then disappear, could make your case drawn out for a long time. I'm not trying to offend you, but to an outsider it sounds shakey and suspicious.
