I currently have some credit problems and have trouble even getting a bank account. Wiill this present a problem when i fill out the I-134 form and the affidavit of support.

Um yes you have no bank account so how are you going to support your partner? Do you make enough income? If not you need a co sponsor

i do make well above the poverty line as my tax returns will show. Will that help?

Your bills, debts, and credit history are not considered if that's what your getting at. A bank statement is not generallyrequired if you can show proof of income and current employment with a tax return, letter from employer, and payslips.

On a practical note, does your fiance know she's coming to a sub-par situation and life of debt?
