I-134, Affidavit of Support

Hi, Is it true that question #11 of the I-134 can be unchecked completly or checked "do not intend to..." and filled in with the response "N/A", under the circumstances that it falls under the category of a Fiance visa (K1 visa) ???? Is it not better to check "Intend" and list everything outlined no matter the catagories, for the intent to show the honest desire too support the Fiance????

You have to check 'intend to'.

Lots of people get visas by checking neither and writing "N/A-Petition for K1 fiance visa."

It doesn't hurt at all to check "intend" and write sommething like "will provide for any needs of my future wife."

"Do not intend" is a no-no!
