Hi there,
My wife's I-130 and I-129f PETITIONS were approved on same date. In one week i received
two emails from NVC.
1. One email contained pdf documents from NVC with invoice for AOS $88.00
2. Second email contained pdf documents addressed to my wife for appointing an agent using DS-3032

I paid the fees of $88.00 for affidavit of support processing. on the receipt online it said follow AOS instructions. it was referring me to file I-864EZ. I have filled out the application. But before sending it to NVC i need to know the following...
a. Are they processing my wife's petition using spouse visa route or immigrant visa?
b. What is expected from NVC since i paid the fees for $88.00?
c. Should i inform my wife to send DS-3032 to NVC for appointing me as an agent for receiving
mails from NVC?
d. Due to change of jobs can i attach the most recent paystubs from previous employer and new
employer's offer letter with I-864EZ FORM along with 3 yrs of federal tax returns?

It is the immigrant CR1 or IR1. Nobody gets the K3 anymore.

b. What is expected from NVC since i paid the fees for $88.00?

This website doesn't have a clear guide for the NVC process. Just follow instructions from NVC. She should be gathering her documents like birth certificate, police report so she will be ready when NVC says to send them along with the DS-230 application form.

c. Should i inform my wife to send DS-3032 to NVC for appointing me as an agent for receiving mails from NVC?

Yes

d. Due to change of jobs can i attach the most recent paystubs from previous employer and new employer's offer letter with I-864EZ FORM along with 3 yrs of federal tax returns?

Yes and send more proof of actually working for the new employer for the interview.
