Urgent K1 Question

Hi All
My question is that i just had a divorce a week ago and i wanted to file fiance visa for my girlfriend who reside in spain. I have been separated from my husband for 17 months but the marriage was jsut dissolved this month. I would like to know if there will be an impact for my girlfriend to obtain a k1 visa. I have seen her in january 2012 and we decided to be together. i have pictures , skype conversations, we talk via majick jack all day, pictures, flight tickets showing we met in Europe...
please advise , let me know what needs to be done .. i will greatly appreciated

Umm are you gay? then i got bad news for you USA Govt does not recognize same sex marriage... So you are SOL on that one because of federal marriage act law and that will never get overturned.

As long as you can provide documents showing that your previous marriage has been legally terminated it shouldn't be any problems.
