Hi All,
I need help with regards to my wife's H1B visa stamping. She came here on a stamped H1B visa from India and changed status from H1B - F2 - H1B - H4 - H1B. We are not sure if we can go for stamping in Canada. It will be really helpful if senior members or members who had similar experience can shed their thoughts. She does not have a masters degree from US.
Here is her Status Change:
1. Came from India on H1B Stamped Visa (Dec - 2007) - Indian IT MNC
2. Changed to F2 and was on F2 for 8 months.
3. Went back to H1B from (Sept 2009 - Sept 2011). - US Company (Comp A) - EV Model
4. Changed back to H4 (Oct 2011 - Feb 2012)
5. Changed back to H1B (March 2012 - till present) - US Company (Comp A - same employer) - EV Model
Questions:
1. Is she eligible for stamping in Canada. Considering she came here on H1B and changed status multiple times and currently is on H1B.
2. Any recognized visa agency in Canada who can help us.
3. Generally what type of documents would be required for the stamping.
