H1 B Stamping- Visa Payment

Could you please help me understand what's the new amount we need to pay for getting stamping date?

Also i have already made a payment of 11020 plus 387 INR at HDFC bank to get a bar code. can i use the same receipt to get my visa appointment or do i need to make seperate payment as part of new process?
