H4 Visa Stamping with transfered H1

I recently transfered H1 to new employer and during my transfer my spouse is in India. So its kind of new H1B (I-797). Do I need to initiate H4 transfer my spouse also or with current I-797 approved petition is good enough for visa stamping.

There is no such thing as H4 transfer. Nothing needs to be done. If your spouse's current Visa is valid, even new Visa will not be needed.
