I have got H4 receipt and visa status still in initial review. But I have to travel back to home country from US due to emergency.
Please let me know is there any restriction for travel?

What are the documents I need to produce in airport.

Whats your current status? On what visa are you planning to re enter US ? A COS is considered abandoned if one leaves US while its in process.
