H1B Extension

My employer applied H1B Visa extension. When I see the status in online it is in Acceptance for more than a month and below description says they have rejected on Aug 1st bacause of incorrect fee.

When I ask my employer they provided me the receipt with dated Aug 10th, but USCIS website is not updated with actual dates. Any idea how to get the exact status of my request.
