Hello Friends,
I have a query regarding my visa status. My current status is L1B, and i am working in US. My H1b approval was applied from india, and i got the approval.
My Employer has sent me the scanned copy of my petition. I do not have a new I-94 with it. In US my status is still L1b and so is my I-94. Now i have a offer from different company in US.
Can i switch to other company on my H1 approval only without any stamping ?
