Hello,
My previous employer filed my H1 b visa.I have a job offer in hand and have a gap of 17 days from the day they revoked my h1 till I join the new company who are ready to transfer my H1. I have the following questions:
1. Will I still be in status for these 17 days.
2. What documents do I have to submit for H1 transfer.
3. what would be the fee for H1 transfer and premium- my new employer has less than 50 people and filed very few or no H1's till now.
4. Do I have to get a relieving letter from earlier company to transfer H1 to new employer?
