Came to US on H4 - Valid March 2012
Changed to H1B - 2011 - Left to India after completion of project September 2012 - No H1B Visa Stamp - I797A Approval Only
Applying for H4 Visa in india
While taking appointment, there is this question, Are You Applying For Same Class Of Visa Which is Currently Valid or has expired within past 12 months
Should the answer be "Yes" or "No"
Previous H4 visa expired within the past 12 months, should the answer be "Yes" or
Should it be "NO" as actually changing from H1B to H4 ??
need to schedule the appointment urgently - Appreciate all the help
