H1 B approved for new employer - want to continue old employer - Travel to india

I have transferred my H1-B to a new employer.But I have not joined the new employer yet.Did not work 1 single day in new employer payroll.
Now I have changed my mind and I want to stay with my current employer ( Current employer visa valid till Feb-2014 stamped on my passport)

Want to travel to india in Dec 2012 and come back to USA in Jan 2013.

Any legal obligation at port entry ?

That's fine. Technically there is no such thing as transfer and nothing actually gets transferred. You are fine as long as you are working with any one employer.
