Nov 2008 to Aug 2010 (stayed in USA Oct 2009 - May 2010)
Extension applied from outside US and approved for Nov 2011 to Dec 2012. Currently in US since Jan 2012 with same employer.
Extension applied on 3rd Oct 2012 by same employer and is pending with USCIS.
Got an offer form another employer and wants to transfer.
1.what are the dificulties may occure for this transfer?
2. What should be the best case scenario to transfer, so that i wont loose anything if the transfer won't get approve
3. is there any dependency with the existing extensionprocess pending with uscis?
please guide me. thank you in advance.
