Hello Guys,
Currently, I am holding H1b with petition,Visa and I-94 expiring on 12/31/2012.
I recently Got the H1b extension approval with new I-94 approved from 01/01/2013 to 12/31/2015.
I am going to India for one month from mid nov to mid dec this year.
As my current H1b visa is valid so I am not going to US embassy for visa stamping.
Coming back to united states before my VISA get expired.
My question is as if now I have 2 I-94's so do I need to submit newer I-94 with the existing one while leaving United states.
Appreciate your help Please.
