Hi,
I have my current H1B Approval notice I797 valid till 11/25/2012. I have done H1 extension and have a new I797 which is valid from 11/26/2012 to 11/25/2015. I am going to India on 11/2 to get stamped. My interview date is on 11/9/12. So which I797 would be considered for issuing the Visa. Please help me as i am not very clear on this type of scenario.
