H4 dependent ques for Male

I will be going for H1 and H4 stamping. If my husband say he is coming to accompany me and wants to take a break, will this satisfy VISA Officer?
My husband is unemployed ,right now.He camefrom UK and searching for a job.

Is it ok if he say he is planning for study. But he has not given GRE/GMAT.

Please advise.

There is no difference because he is a man. All he has to do is convince that your marriage is legitimate and your job is legitimate.
