Hello, I am currently on H1B visa with Company A. Company A is a staffing company. Company A placed me to work at Company B. My pay stub is generated by Company A. Now I am planning to move to Company C (which is ready to transfer my H1B and I don't want to inform my Current Company A). I told my current Company A that I am resigning from job from 1st of November. Company A said OK and he broke the contract with Company B. Company B wants me to work with him for another two week untill they hire someone else. Can Company B generate my Pay check for this 15 days? I am joining my New Company C after 20 days from the day of resignation.
