Hi,
My original H1 is valid from Jan 2012 to Jan 2015. Now that I changed my client, I've applied for an amendment which is not yet approved.
1. When my amendment gets approved, will it have the same dates as the original H1?
2. I see visa appointments getting filled up. Can I go ahead and schedule with the original H1 receipt since my amendment is not yet approved? During interview will this cause any problems?
Can anyone answer this? Any help is greatly appreciated.
